The Center for "Russian Language and Culture"   has been headed  by the candidate of pedagogical sciences of the Department of Russian Philology and World Literature, S. B. Begaliyeva since September 1, 2023. The Center carries out its activities according to the Agreement concluded between the «Russian World»  Foundation (Moscow, Russia)  represented by Executive Director Kochin V.V. and Begalieva S.B. (Performer). The center was opened on June 15, 2023 according to No. 100RC/06-09 Cooperation Agreement  signed between al-Farabi Kazakh National University and "Russian World" Foundation and dated June 15, 2009.  By the agreement the center management responsibilities were imposed on the performer.
