Students of the Faculty of Physics and Technology of Al-Farabi KazNU Participate in an International Leadership Camp in the Republic of Korea. SDG 17

Students of the Faculty of Physics and Technology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, as part of the university delegation, are participating in the international educational program AI Global Leadership Camp: Jeju Cultural Experiences – Integrated Learncation Program, hosted by Jeju National University (Republic of Korea).

The camp program is aimed at developing students’ leadership, communication, and project-based competencies in the context of contemporary challenges related to the advancement of artificial intelligence, innovation, and intercultural interaction. Within the framework of the program, participants are engaged in team-based project activities, educational sessions, thematic lectures, as well as cultural and educational events that provide deeper insight into the history, culture, and sustainable practices of the Republic of Korea.

Special emphasis is placed on teamwork, project-oriented thinking, and sustainable leadership, which aligns with the priorities of training competitive specialists in the fields of physics, engineering, and high technologies. The program will culminate in team project presentations and the exchange of experience with international students.

Participation of the students of the Faculty of Physics and Technology of Al-Farabi KazNU in this international camp contributes to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, in particular:

• SDG 17 — Partnerships for the Goals (international academic cooperation and student mobility).
