A republican essay contest among undergraduates of medical universities "Health development over the years of independence: my view."

On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Independence of our Republic, the Department of Health Policy and Organization of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University from December 5 to 13 announced a republican essay contest among undergraduates of medical universities "Health development over the years of independence: my view." The conditions and requirements of the competition were sent to the mail of all medical universities in the country. Since the announcement of the official time of the competition, undergraduates studying in medical schools from all over Kazakhstan have sent their essays to a special mail of the competition. The competition was attended by 18 undergraduates from NAO KazNU named after al-Farabi, NAO “Semey Medical University”, KazNMU named after S. D. Asfendirov, “West Kazakhstan Medical University named after Marat Ospanov”, “Medical University of Karaganda”, etc. .On December 22, a solemn online announcement of the winners of the Republican Essay Contest took place on the Zoom platform. Online invitations to our meeting were sent in advance to the websites of universities and students who participated in the competition. At 11:00, our solemn meeting began with a video dedicated to the achievements of healthcare in the Republic of Kazakhstan over 30 years. The honorary guest of our meeting was the director of the Higher School of Public Health of the Faculty of Medicine and Health, Candidate of Medical Sciences Anara Bakhytkereevna Daniyarova. Head of the Department of Health Policy and Organization, Professor Kapanova Gulnara Zhambaevna warmly greeted all the students present and wished them good luck. 1st place was taken by a master's student of NJSC "Semey Medical University" - Brik Laula Maratovna, majoring in "Public Health". 2nd place was taken by Erezhepov Beket, a 2nd year undergraduate in the specialty "Public Health" of the West Kazakhstan Medical University named after Marat Ospanov. And the 3rd place was taken by Omarova Indira, a 1st-year master student at the university with a degree in medical research. Graduates were solemnly awarded diplomas and memorable gifts. 1st place received as a gift two books by Remarque E. M, 2nd place - the novel by Donna Tart "Goldfinch", 3rd place - book by I. Esenberlin "Nomads". Master students, who won prizes, expressed their deep gratitude to the organizers!
