The Chairman of the Batyrev District Court of Istanbul visited the KazNU
KazNU named after al-Farabi was visited by the chairman of the Bakyrkeysky District Court of Istanbul, Dr. Barysh Duman.
Having met the guest of honor, the leadership of KazNU provided information about the history, activities and achievements of the university and organized a special campus tour. Barysh Duman visited the KazNU Museum, the Faculty of Law, the Situational Management Center, the Cluster of Engineering and High Technologies, the Center for Procedural Innovations and the Al-Farabi Library.
During the meeting, the guest of honor expressed gratitude to the management and staff of the University for the warm welcome and provided information about the activities of KazNU. According to the chairman of the Bakyrkei District Court of Istanbul, Barysh Duman, through close contacts it is possible to make a significant contribution to the development of science and education by implementing joint projects, special seminars, trainings for teachers and students of universities of the two countries.
These events are organized within the framework of the State Policy in the field of Higher Education and science, in order to support youth and foster patriotic spirit, National Projects of the Republic of Kazakhstan (10 national projects), the Charter of the University and the development program of the NAO "Al-Farabi Kazakh National University" for 2022-2026 and in support of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals on ensuring quality education and partnership for sustainable development.
To date, KazNU is actively strengthening global cooperation and cooperation with leading universities of the world. To date, KazNU has signed contracts with more than 20 universities The Republic of Turkey. Over the past two years, 200 students and more than 100 teachers have participated in scientific and educational projects and joint research projects under the academic mobility program. It is worth noting that last year a branch of KazNU was opened in Istanbul (Turkey).
