Ethics Council of the faculty of Philology
The Ethics Council was organized at the Faculty of Philology on Monday, September 19, 2022. The event was held for 2 hours from 10:00 to 12:00.
The Ethics Council of the Faculty of Philology discussed various issues related to ethical standards and behavior of students and teachers at the faculty. During the council, it was decided to hold a series of lectures and seminars aimed at the formation of ethical norms and values among the student community. These events will be held throughout the academic year and will cover topics such as academic integrity, respect for other cultures and opinions, as well as ethics and professionalism in scientific activities. In addition, it was decided to create an ethical commission consisting of representatives of the faculty and the student council. This commission will deal with ethical complaints and conflicts arising at the faculty and take measures to resolve them. The organization of discussion clubs and ethics groups was also approved by the council. These groups will provide students and faculty with an opportunity to discuss various ethical issues and find solutions together that contribute to creating an ethical and supportive environment at the faculty. In conclusion, the Council stressed that ethics is an integral part of education at the Faculty of Philology and is important for maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect within the institution.
