On the 2nd of November the Department of History held a meeting with Mr. Ding Yang, Head of Department of Shanghai Archaeological Institute of the People's Republic of China, and researchers of the "Center for Joint Archaeological Research on the Silk Road of Northwestern University". This meeting addressed issues related to mutual scientific cooperation and exchange.
