Results of the chess tournament between KazNU dormitories.
On February 16, 2024, within the walls of our university, team chess competitions dedicated to the 90th anniversary of al-Farabi Kazakh National University were held among students living in dormitories. 11 teams took part in the competition:

2. Dormitory No. 4
3. Dormitory No. 5
4. Dormitory No. 6
5. Dormitory No. 8
6. Dormitory No. 9
7. Dormitory No. 10
8. Dormitory No. 13
9. Dormitory No. 16
10. Dormitory No. 17
11. Dormitory No. 18
The total number of players was 22. Competitions were held according to the Olympic system. Results of the competition: 3rd place went to students from Dormitory No. 13, and 2nd place went to students from Dormitory No. 10. The winners of the tournament were students from Dormitory No. 9.
Chief referee: Master of Sports in Chess - Serikbai Genghiskhan.
