Scientific conference entitled “International Security: Challenges and Threats to the Development of Civilization in the 21st Century”

On February 23, 2024, a scientific conference entitled “International Security: Challenges and Threats to the Development of Civilization in the 21st Century” was held at the University of Turan. This event was organized with the support of the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Almaty and became a platform for discussing current issues facing the international community. One of the key moments of the conference was the speech of Aida Yerimpasheva, Candidate of Economic Sciences and senior lecturer at the Department of International Relations and World Economy. Her report presented the results of a study on the topic: “A comparative analysis of the Indian “Great Spice Route” and the Chinese “One Belt, One Road”: Economic prospects and geopolitical implications.” This topic attracted the attention of conference participants, reflecting current challenges in the field of international security and global development.
