Akhmetova Saule is a doctoral student of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Since March 15, 2024, she has been undergoing a foreign scientific internship at Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech Law School), Estonia. The foreign scientific supervisor is Professor Thomas Hoffman. The National scientific supervisor is Doctor of Law, Professor A.S. Ibrayeva.

On March 20, 2024, doctoral student Akhmetova S. held a lesson "Artificial Intelligence and startups in Kazakhstan". The lesson was held at the Faculty of Law of Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech Law School) in Tallinn, Estonia.

During the lesson to students of the Law School of the Tallinn University of Technology, Saule Akhmetova introduced the Kazakh legislation regulating information technologies and technology parks, the legislative conditions for stimulating the development of startups in Kazakhstan, the Kazakhstani Governmental draft Concept of AI Development and the Concept of Digital Transformation, the development of the information and communication technology industry and cybersecurity. Doctoral student Saule Akhmetova presented several examples of successful startups in Kazakhstan and discussed the development of the national AI platform Smart Data Ukimet based on the example of the Estonian e-government platform. The lesson ended with a lively and active discussion by the Faculty of Law of the Tallinn University of Technology students about the legal regulation of personal data protection in Estonia and Kazakhstan using the example of the Google platform and the functionality of the Kaspi Bank application.
