International Conference of Students and Young Scientists "Farabi Yalemi"

On April 4-5, 2024 was held the annual International Conference of Students and Young Scientists "Farabi Yalemi", section "Civil Law, Family and Business Law", section "Civil Procedure and Enforcement of Decision" and section "Labor Law and Social Security Law". Participated in the section "Civil Law, Family and Business Law" 52 participants, including 7 participants from other universities of Kazakhstan, 12 participants from China, in the section "Civil Procedure and Enforcement of Decisions" 34 participants, including 7 participants from other universities of Kazakhstan, 2 participants from other countries and in the section "Labor Law and Social Security Law" 23 participants, including 11 participants from other universities of Kazakhstan, 5 participants from other countries.   Participation of representatives from different countries such as Kazakhstan, China, Russia allowed to exchange different legal practices and approaches to civil and civil procedure law, labor law, family and business law.

The conference addressed modern challenges and problems facing the legal community in the mentioned areas, such as digitalization, consumer protection, labor disputes, family legal relations, regulation of entrepreneurial activity, as well as peculiarities of civil procedure.

Participation of students and young scientists in the conference contributes to the development of scientific thinking, as well as the exchange of academic experience and ideas, which helps to increase the level of scientific dialogue in the field of civil, civil procedure, family, labor law. International Conference "Farabi әlemi", contribute to the strengthening of international ties between students and scientists from different countries and universities, which is an important factor for the development of the global legal community. According to the results of the International Conference Diplomas of 1,2,3 degrees were divided between the students of KazNU named after Al-Farabi and D.Kunayev University.

The results of the conference and exchange of experience will be the basis for further cooperation between participants from different countries in the field of civil, civil procedure, family, business and labor law.
