A lecture dedicated to the scientific activities of K.H. Khalikov

A lecture dedicated to the scientific activities of K.H. Khalikov was held in the "K.H. Khalikov Courtroom"
Within the framework of the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goal No. 16 "Promoting the construction of peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, ensuring access to justice for all and the creation of effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels" and "Weeks of Science" at the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics, a lecture was held on the scientific activities of Doctor of Law, Professor Khalikov Kalimulla Khalikovich.
The event is significant in that it took place in the classroom "Khalikov K.H. Courtroom", which emphasizes the special role and importance of the personality of Khalikov K.H. in the formation and development of the judicial system of Kazakhstan.
The lecture was attended by young scientists of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Sh. Kabylbayev, Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B. Beisenov, Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Esbulatov and other universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The following issues were highlighted during the lecture:
* K.H. Khalikov's contribution to the development of the theory and practice of judicial power;
* Scientific works of K.H. Khalikov on legal proceedings;
* The role of Khalikov K.H. in the training of personnel for the judicial system.
In their speeches, young scientists noted K. Khalikov's significant contribution to the development of the science of judicial power, his deep knowledge and practical experience.
Special attention was paid to:
* Analysis of the scientific heritage of K.H. Khalikov;
* The influence of his ideas on the current state of the judicial system;
* The role of his work in the training of a new generation of lawyers.
In addition to the lecture, as part of the "Science Week", round tables, seminars and other events dedicated to topical issues of legal science were held at the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics.
