Mediation in a family dispute

Baimaganbetova K.S., lecturer at the Department of Health Policy and Organization, Faculty of Medicine, Al-Farabi University. On 03/06/2024, the Kazakh student group on “Nursing” 2022-06 held a lesson on the topic “Mediation in a family dispute.”

The lesson provided detailed information about the concept of mediation, principles and purposes of mediation. She spoke about the main articles of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Mediation” dated May 1, 2023, used in the work of mediators. Currently in Kazakhstan, Mediation has proven its effectiveness in any family dispute/crisis/ situation.
