Meeting with Professor Ahmet Tashagyl, Head of the Department of History of the Faculty of Arts and Literature of Yeditepe universitesi

On 7.12.2023. a meeting was held with the head of the Department of History of the Faculty of Arts and Literature of Yeditepe universitesi, Professor Ahmet Tashagyl. The meeting was attended by scientists of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science, Head of the Department of Religious Studies and Cultural Studies, Professor Kurmanalieva A.D., associate professors of the department Baltymova M. R. and Alikbayeva M. B., Deputy Dean Omirbekova A. O. Akhmet Tashagyl pre-Islamic history of Turkey, history of Turkish culture before the adoption of Islam, Turkish history of Eastern Europe and 12th-16th centuries . A well-known Turkologist who has long collaborated with scientists in the field of cultural studies as a specialist in the History of the Turks of Central Asia. During the meeting, new programs on cultural studies at al-Farabi Kazakh National University were presented, comprehensive information was given about the project "philosophy of language and the language of philosophy in the teachings of Abu Nasr al-Farabi" and general projects on cultural studies curricula were discussed. The possibilities of scientific internship under the "500 Scientists" project within the framework of the Bolashak program of the Republic of Kazakhstan were discussed and an agreement was reached that yeditepe universitesi can become the base of internship under this program.
