He was born on January 7, 1985 in the city of Usharal, Zhetysu district. In 2001, after graduating from the Usharal secondary School named after Mynbayev, Al-Farabi entered the Hindi department of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of KazNU. In 2004, he completed a one-year language internship at Kendriya Hindi Sansthan (Central Hindi Institute) in India. In 2007, he graduated from the Faculty of Oriental Studies of KazNU with a degree in Oriental historian, English teacher and translator. He defended his thesis on foreign policy by J. Nehru.
In 2005-2009, he worked as a flight attendant at Air Astana. 2007-2009 He studies at the Faculty of Law of KazNU, has a second higher education in law.
Since 2023, he has held the position of Advisor to the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to India. He is married and has a son and a daughter.
