Diplomat, orientalist and Japanese scholar. He graduated from the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 1998. He worked as an English teacher at school, in business structures. Since 2004, he has been working in the Department of Asia and Africa of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Japan. Since 2009, he has been the head of the NASCO representative office. In 2016, he returned to the Foreign Ministry system. Since 2021 - Deputy Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Since 2023, he has been the Director of the Department of the Asia-Pacific Region of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan
