Meeting of the dean with Kokand State Pedagogical Institute delegation

The meeting with representatives of Mukimi Kokand State Pedagogical Institute teaching staff was held at the Faculty of Physics and Technology. At the meeting, the dean of the Faculty of Physics and Technology Beisen Nurzada Abdibekkyzy gave a lecture about the history and structure of the faculty, educational programs for three studying degrees, scientific work and collaboration opportunities.

There were also discussed issues of cooperation in the field of master's and bachelor's degrees’ educational programs, features of inclusive education development and scientific collaboration between the Faculty of Physics and Technology of al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics with Natural Sciences Faculty of Mukimi Kokand State Pedagogical Institute.

At the meeting, the parties agreed to develop further scientific and academic ties between the two educational institutions.

The delegation's visit will last several days, during which they will be shown the scientific laboratories of the National Nanotechnology of Open Type (NNLOT) and the Engineering Profile Laboratory (EPL). The program includes a tour into the scientific and educational centers of Samsung and Huawei, visiting the branch of the Northwestern Polytechnic University, Farabi Observatory, the Center for Processing Innovations (CPI) where work with a nanosatellite will be shown, and also a discussion of joint work in the field of IT and renewable energy sources with Professor Saimbetov Akhmet Kuanyshbaevich.
