Women’s Leadership Platform. Meeting of Female Students with the Deputy Dean
On September 26, 2024, a meeting took place in Dormitory №6 with the Deputy Dean of the Mechanics and Mathematics Faculty for Educational, Methodological, and Educational Work, Aigerim Sakhaeva, and the female students. The main topics of the event were the faculty’s academic policies and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Aigerim Sakhaeva began the meeting by discussing the importance of academic policies, emphasizing their role in ensuring the quality of education and fostering a responsible approach among students. She introduced the students to the key principles and standards that must be followed in the educational process.
An important part of the meeting was the discussion on the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4 "Quality Education" and SDG 5 "Gender Equality." The Deputy Dean noted that the university strives to create equal conditions for all students and actively supports initiatives aimed at improving the quality of education.
The students actively participated in the discussion, asking questions and sharing their opinions on the implementation of these goals in the educational process. The event served as a platform for exchanging ideas and suggestions for enhancing the educational environment.
Aigerim Sakhaeva thanked the participants for their engagement and interest, highlighting the importance of such meetings for forming a cohesive and informed student community.
The meeting with Deputy Dean Aigerim Sakhaeva marked an important step toward improving the educational environment at the university.
