SDG 5 – "Gender equality". On October 29, 2024, the Department of Management organized a meeting with Professor, Doctor of Biological Sciences Saltanat BerdenovnaBaykoshkarova. The meeting covered issues related to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, such as gender equality, affordable medicine, and quality education. Baykoshkarova S.B. stood at the origins of the first Kazakhstani child’s birth by IVF(In vitro fertilization). She is the founder and scientific director of the Ecomed Group of clinics, as well as the NGC International Center for Reproduction. During the meeting on “Gender equality and women's health”, the speaker shared his experience with the students and gave valuable advice on maintaining women's health. The students communicated with the guest with interest and thanked him for the meeting.
