"The best teacher of the University" of 2024 Yesimsiitova Zura

Professor of the Department of Biodiversity and Bioresources of the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, PhD Zura Berkutovna Yesimsiitova became the winner of the competition "Best University Teacher of 2024". A total of 946 candidates from 90 universities of the country took part in the competition, Zura Berkutovna was among the 150 best teachers.

Zura Berkutovna has more than 25 certificates of various scientific and methodological trainings and seminars, including international ones. Holder of the title "Best University Teacher of 2012", by the decision of the Moscow Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, she was awarded the academic title of Professor of the Academy of Natural Sciences and the honorary title "Honored Worker of Science and Education", was awarded the Gold European Medal and a diploma of the European Scientific and Industrial Chamber for high professionalism in her work. She has published 27 articles in international journals included in the Scopus and Web of Sciences databases, h-index 5. She is the head of grant funding programs and projects.
