From January 8 to 15, 2025, the Faculty of Geography and Environmental Management organized a winter school dedicated to preparing for the spring semester. As part of the winter school, Assima Galymzhanovna Koshim, Chair of the Faculty's Academic Committee on Education and Teaching Quality, conducted a teaching and methodological seminar for the faculty members of the Department of Geography, Land Management, and Cadastre.

The purpose of the seminar was to improve the quality of teaching and methodological materials (TMM) to enhance the educational process for students and to prepare educational materials in accordance with modern requirements.

At the end of the seminar, the faculty members received specific recommendations for improving their teaching and methodological materials. Participants noted that they had acquired new ideas and methods for ensuring high-quality education.

The faculty highly appreciated the practical advice and recommendations provided during the seminar. They expressed their readiness to apply the acquired knowledge in the process of preparing for the spring semester.
