Doctoral students of Management Department undergo the practice

On February 24, 2025, in the course of pedagogical practice, a doctoral student of the 1st year of the EP "Management" Ren Haysya delivered the lecture in the frame of "Business organization" course to 3rd year students of the EP "Management". During the lecture "Organizational structure – hierarchical, functional, Matrix and flat structure", the lecturer introduced the concepts, main features, advantages and disadvantages of four organizational structures, as well as typical application scenarios of every structure. During the lecture, examples of binary cases found in international practice were given for analysis. The students actively participated in the discussion and expressed their opinions. The lecture helped students develop an understanding of international trends and ways to apply organizational structure theory to practical scenarios.

The head of Department G.S. Smagulova, the head of the practice A.A. Adambekova as well as the teachers of  Management Department attended the lecture.
