Professors of the Department of Mechanics Completed Advanced Training Courses

From March 3 to March 17, professors of the Department of Mechanics completed a full advanced training course totaling 72 academic hours at the Institute for Advanced Training and Additional Education of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The course was dedicated to the topic “Using Digital Tools to Enhance the Effectiveness of Educational and Research Activities.”

During the training, professors improved their skills in using modern digital technologies, explored online platforms for optimizing research activities, and studied methods for effectively integrating interactive tools into the educational process. In addition, practical sessions were held on big data processing, the use of artificial intelligence, the development of digital educational resources, and the advancement of distance learning.

This course is closely aligned with several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically:
    •    SDG No. 4 (Quality Education) – contributes to improving the quality of education through the integration of digital tools;
    •    SDG No. 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) – expands opportunities for innovative development by integrating new technologies into education and science;
    •    SDG No. 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) – strengthens international cooperation and knowledge exchange in the field of digital education.

Upon completion of the course, participants successfully passed the final exam and received certificates of advanced training. This educational program enables professors to enhance their professional competencies and elevate the educational process to a new level.
