Regulatory documents: Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 10, 2023 No. 47 (secondary, technical and vocational, post–secondary education - Order of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 28, 2015 No. 39).
Duplicates of educational documents and appendices to them (hereinafter referred to as a duplicate) are issued instead of lost or unusable, as well as persons who have changed their surname (first name, patronymic (if any). A duplicate is issued free of charge no later than 15 business days from the date of submission of the application.

Submission procedure:

• To obtain a duplicate document on higher and (or) postgraduate education, an individual (hereinafter referred to as the service recipient) sends an application to the head of the al-Farabi Kazakh National University through the non-profit joint stock company State Corporation Government for Citizens (hereinafter referred to as the State Corporation);
• web portal of "electronic government" www.egov.kz (hereinafter referred to as the portal) application addressed to the head of KazNU named after. al-Farabi.
• To obtain a duplicate of educational documents, individuals who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and do not have an electronic digital signature must independently apply to the al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
