Preparation of highly qualified PhD doctors who are able to competently assess the latest achievements in the field of chemical technology of organic substances, conduct independent research to create new knowledge and technologies; promote high-tech chemical technologies for the production of organic substances and materials with a wide range of functional properties into production.1. Demonstrate a systematic understanding and availability of fundamental scientific knowledge in the field of technology for the creation, processing and targeted functionalization of organic substances and materials of synthetic and natural origin, which reflect the current level of achievements in this field of professional activity;
2. Generate new scientific knowledge by conducting original scientific and applied research in the field of chemical technology of organic substances and materials with the achievement of scientific results of a high international level that make a significant contribution to the development of chemical technology;
3. Develop educational and methodological materials on the taught disciplines, taking into account the integration of education and science, extrapolate into the educational process innovations in the profession in the area of higher and postgraduate education using collaboration with republican and foreign schools/centers.
4. Systematize, analyze and interpret modern scientific achievements and concepts for the development of promising chemical technologies of organic substances and materials in order to create innovative technologies for the production of organic substances and materials with a set of specified physical and chemical properties and operational parameters;
5. Select and apply modern methods for monitoring and analyzing chemical technological processes to obtain functionalized organic substances and materials with specified physical and chemical properties and operational parameters using the most optimal techniques;
6. Predict a complex of physicochemical properties and characteristics of synthesis products of processing and targeted functionalization of organic substances and materials of synthetic and natural origin, based on systemic and fundamental knowledge in the field of chemistry and chemical technology of organic substances and materials;
7. Conduct independent scientific research in the field of technology for the creation, processing and targeted functionalization of organic substances and materials of synthetic and natural origin;
8. Demonstrate the ability to analyze and summarize, as well as present the results of their scientific, production, research work in the form of reports, scientific articles, patent applications, abstracts, abstracts, doctoral dissertations, scientific projects both in a professional environment and in the classroom without appropriate professional training;
9. Evaluate complex problems in the field of creation, processing and targeted functionalization of organic substances and materials of synthetic and natural origin in the form of a scientific conclusion and recommendation
10. Solve emerging unforeseen problem situations in scientific, production, research activities in the field of chemistry and chemical technology of organic substances and materials of synthetic and natural origin by using the most optimal method;
11. Demonstrate readiness for correct and tolerant interaction in society, for social interaction and cooperation to solve problematic problems in the field of chemical technology of organic substances and materials, to work in a professional team, to demonstrate the ability to formal and informal leadership in a team, to accept social and ethical obligations, necessary for the most effective solution of tasks and problems;
12. Independently build an effective strategy and tactics for self-learning, make key decisions when problematic tasks arise in the process of professional activity in the field of technology for the creation, processing and targeted functionalization of organic substances and materials of synthetic and natural origin.
