Educational program
Training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel (Doctors of Philosophy) in the field of chemical engineering for universities, research organizations and related fields, capable of:
- systematization of scientific theories and concepts of the latest directions in chemical engineering with the aim of further application of this knowledge in the implementation of dissertation research;
- carrying out independent planning and conducting the scientific research based on the selection of a relevant scientific task, as well as analysis and interpretation of the obtained data;
- presenting the results of scientific research in a reasoned manner at scientific discussions and publications;
- organization and management of research work to solve current problems in chemical engineering;
- development of new cost-effective technologies and schemes for obtaining and processing substances and materials with specified properties;
- development and implementation of educational training courses in the chemical engineering field in higher education organizations;
- management of production services and enterprises for the production and processing of materials of the chemical industry.
Upon completion of this educational program, PhD students are expected to be able to:
1) systematize scientific theories and concepts of the latest directions in chemical engineering;
2) analyze modern scientific and technical information in leading scientific publications in the specialized field of chemical engineering using international databases;
3) put forward new hypotheses to solve current problems of the chosen direction of chemical engineering;
4) apply systemic and interdisciplinary knowledge to develop the scientific and technical base of a specialized area of chemical engineering;
5) plan teaching activities in the field of chemical engineering in higher education institutions, taking into account professional growth and development of competencies for effective teaching activities;
6) develop curricula using pedagogical approaches to quality education based on knowledge of strategic documents in the field of education, cultural values and learning theory;
7) plan and organize research work to solve modern problems of chemical engineering;
8) develop design documentation and regulatory documents to support the production and processing of materials;
9) manage production, services and enterprises in the context of industrial safety, quality management, risk prevention, sustainability and environmental protection;
10) develop new cost-effective and environmentally friendly technologies for obtaining and processing substances and materials;
11) develop projects for the creation and practical application of new knowledge in current areas of modern chemical engineering;
12) support cooperation and interaction with national and foreign research groups in the field of chemical engineering and related industries.
Educational programs of doctoral studies

Graduates of the EP 8D07102 - "Chemical Engineering" can hold managerial positions in production, in services and enterprises of industrial safety, quality management, risk prevention, sustainability and environmental protection. The acquired knowledge and skills will allow graduates of the 8D07102 - Chemical Engineering program to carry out not only teaching activities in organizations of higher and postgraduate education, but also independently carry out and manage scientific research in the field of chemical engineering. At the moment, the percentage of employment of graduates of the EP 8D07102 - "Chemical Engineering" is 100%.
