Formation and training of highly qualified teachers of secondary and higher schools of specialized, pedagogical and scientific directions in the field of the Kazakh language and literature.

1. To demonstrate in-depth knowledge of modern educational theories and concepts in the field of language and literature, trends and patterns of development, the current state of pedagogical sciences, features of an interdisciplinary approach to the study and teaching of the Kazakh language and literature.
2. To determine the features of integration processes in the system of pedagogical scientific knowledge, forming various directions and approaches to the study of modern Kazakh literature and language, literary and linguistic heritage in the context of achievements of modern science and the historical and cultural process.
3. To apply the methods and techniques of conducting independent research and interpreting the results obtained in the fields of Kazakh linguistics and literary studies.
4. To analyze the knowledge base, the methodological apparatus of teaching the Kazakh language and literature, taking into account the achievements of pedagogical science, trends in the development of society and national culture.
5. To introduce innovative methods of teaching language and literary disciplines in higher educational institutions, digital and computer technologies in the examination of works of art.
6. To show a high level of theoretical and practical training in the implementation of professional activities in the field of literary studies and linguistics.
7. To decide effectivelly the topical problems of literary studies and linguistics in the context of interdisciplinary research, achievements of social, humanitarian and natural sciences, trends in the development of art and culture.
8. To integrate theoretical knowledge of the concepts of modern domestic literary critics and linguistics into the practice of studying fundamental and applied aspects of Kazakh language and literature.
