Цель: The program is aimed at forming a sought-after philologist specialist who systematically owns the object of research in the field of scientific research, pedagogical, organizational and managerial, cultural and educational, expert and analytical activities, who knows modern methods in the field of philology, uses them for specific purposes, is able to conduct scientific research and empirical experiments on topical issues of philology and related fields of science.

Educational program
The program is aimed at forming a sought-after philologist specialist who systematically owns the object of research in the field of scientific research, pedagogical, organizational and managerial, cultural and educational, expert and analytical activities, who knows modern methods in the field of philology, uses them for specific purposes, is able to conduct scientific research and empirical experiments on topical issues of philology and related fields of science.LO1 Will receive systematic education in research centers, institutes for the development of language and literature, educational institutions within the framework of modern scientific paradigms in the field of Kazakh philology (linguistics, literary history, literary theory, current philological directions, theoretical and methodological principles of modern methodological approaches, development trends and priority areas, conceptual terminological apparatus).
LO2 Will learn how to conduct a critical analysis, assessment and synthesis of trends, methods, current problems, new, promising ideas in Kazakh philology in the State Department of Education (Giso, Ministry of Culture, departments of Culture, Science, Education, departments of education).
LO3 Will learn how to make a scientific justification of their own judgments (in the form of a scientific article, report, thesis and other complex scientific genres) based on acquired knowledge.
LO4 Will learn to independently carry out a comprehensive process of scientific research, providing exceptional results, using modern scientific paradigms and research technologies in Kazakh philology in expert analytical and research centers.
LO5 Will learn how to find solutions to non-standard tasks with different levels of complexity at a professional level, using the methodological and conceptual apparatus of philology and related fields of science.
LO6 Will learn how to make an examination of new priority areas and trends in the field of philological and humanitarian education, modern theories.
LO7 Will learn to independently generate new scientific problems, new hypotheses, complex ideas on Kazakh philology in research and pedagogical fields of activity.
LO8 Will conduct scientific research on the basics of the interaction of language and mentality, language and culture
Educational programs of doctoral studies
Persons entering doctoral studies (PhD) submit the following package of documents:when applying to organizations of university and postgraduate education:
1) an application addressed to the head of the organization of higher and postgraduate education (in any form);
2) a document on education (original, when submitting documents to the selection committee);
3) identity document (required for personal identification);
