Educational program

The goal of the educational program is to prepare highly qualified specialists who are competitive in the international labor market and who meet the modern demands of science, education, management and production; with comprehensive knowledge in the field of biotechnology and related sciences

LO1: critically evaluate modern scientific achievements and problems of biotechnology, predicting new trends in the use of biotechnological processes;
LO2: use deep system knowledge and modern methodological approaches in the study of biotechnology objects with the aim of applying this data in bioengineering, medical diagnostics, environmental monitoring, pharmaceuticals, production of new food products, etc.
LO3: generate ideas for creating new technologies for producing innovative products that are promising for biomedicine, bioinformatics, agriculture, ecology, nanotechnology, the food industry, etc. taking into account biosafety and bioethical standards.
LO4: carry out original research and development work characterized by academic integrity, based on modern knowledge, theories and research methods in the field of biotechnology, as well as interdisciplinary research (with subsequent commercialization of the results obtained);
LO5: critically evaluate work results using modern information technologies, demonstrating a high level of computer literacy;
LO6: present the results of the work performed in the form of reports, presentations, scientific papers and publications in rating publications, substantiating and defending their point of view in the scientific community at international scientific forums, conferences and seminars, including in a foreign language.
LO7: carry out pedagogical activities in the main educational programs of higher and postgraduate education in the field of biological sciences, taking into account the principles of student-centered learning and assessment, using innovative methods and information technologies, developing regulatory documents regulating the content, design and educational and methodological support of the educational program..
LO8: apply the complex of acquired knowledge and skills in organizational activities, management of scientific or production teams on the basis of ethical and legal standards, establishing collaboration with internal and external scientific schools/centers for the practical implementation of research results;
LO9: carry out an examination of scientific projects and results of scientific research, scientific articles, regulatory documents in the field of science and education, as well as scientific and methodological documentation, participating in scientific and methodological work as part of methodological commissions and councils of all levels
