Educational program

The purpose of the educational program is to train managers who are fluent not only in the field of Economics, but also in organizational and managerial activities in the field of state and local government.

1. To carry out work on the preparation of meetings or meetings, negotiations and public speaking;
2. Demonstrate knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, strategic program documents, principles and methods of planning and organization in the field of state and local government.
3. Collect information in accordance with the requests or needs of citizens and develop draft responses to citizens' appeals and letters;
4. Organize the provision of high-quality public services to individuals and legal entities.
5. Plan and organize the preparation and placement of information on public procurement on the web portal of public procurement of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
6. Take part in the preparation of socio-economic state (local) projects, programs, development strategy of the country, regions, districts and cities in the context of a new digital model of the economy;
7. Determine poverty criteria by socio-demographic groups and calculate the subsistence minimum using methods of analysis of the public sector economy;
8. Analyze taxpayers' attitudes towards ensuring full and timely receipt of taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget, social payments in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
9. Analyze the performance indicators of state and local institutions using quantitative and qualitative methods;
10. To apply and put into practice the principles and economic methods of state property management, modern methods of project management of national state-owned companies and the quasi-public sector of the country's economy;
11. Apply knowledge and understanding in the formation and justification of solving problems within the framework of state and local government in making managerial decisions on budgeting and the structure of state assets;
12. Possess the skills of critical analysis, demonstrate the ability to overcome established stereotypes, build lines of professional behavior based on the requirements imposed on a civil servant of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the basis of knowledge and understanding of the values of world and Kazakh culture.
