Educational program

The purpose of the educational program in the High-quality training of specialists on the latest achievements in medical knowledge and technology for the development of translational medicine and machine learning in medicine, capable of: - interpret and summarize the deep modern knowledge in the latest research technologies in medicine; - independently carry out research; - integrate the knowledge of related scientific areas in the context of their own scientific research; - to interpret the results of their own scientific research and report them both to specialists and non-specialists; -to ensure the effectiveness of the educational process on the basis of classical and innovative teaching methods; - build your own program for further training and research activities

Upon completion of this program, it is expected that undergraduates will be able to:
1. Integrate knowledge, skills and abilities to solve research and practical tasks in an interdisciplinary aspect
2. Explain new knowledge and draw conclusions in the field of machine learning (learning with a teacher, learning with partial involvement of a teacher, learning without a teacher, learning with reinforcement) and neural networks.
3. Classify the concept of systemic medicine as a complex and comprehensive tool for analyzing the factors of the development of polygenic diseases.
4. Demonstrate competently to draw up conclusions, reports and other types of documentation necessary for the work);
5. To classify technologies, methods and techniques of theoretical and methodological approaches in the interpretation of medical information;
6. To evaluate the scientific and production processes related to the implementation of Personalized Medicine in clinical practice.
7. To conduct a comprehensive assessment of the role of various factors in the structure of diseases;
8. Evaluate, reflect and control the influence of the personal qualities of the physician-researcher and practice on the research results and professional activities;
9. Create a design and program of scientific research, analyze, describe, justify and present medical and statistical data with adequate methods and technologies, apply statistical methods in data processing;
10. Develop and implement independent application projects using modern tools and methods.
11. Build effective professional communication with colleagues;
12. Think critically, creatively and independently, clearly describe professional information in forms and styles suitable for the audiences and the purposes it serves;
