Educational program
The purpose of the OP is to train PhD doctors with fundamental scientific and professional skills who are able to generate ideas based on creative thinking and a creative approach to scientific research in the field of optimization of logistics systems and processes.
LО1. systematize the main directions for improving business processes, taking into account the need to introduce innovative technologies in production and management;
LО2. design and analyze business processes in the field of logistics, develop proposals to improve their efficiency based on the use of engineering and reengineering methods;
LО3. analyze engineering projects and the practice of their implementation, evaluate the effectiveness of business processes, the feasibility of reengineering logistics business processes based on methods and software for structural, cost and dynamic analysis of business processes;
LО4. apply mathematical apparatus to solve problems, build and apply a mathematical model corresponding to the process and check its adequacy, analyze the modeling results, make a decision based on the results obtained;
LО5. justify the correctness of the chosen model, comparing the results of experimental data and the obtained solutions, evaluate the economic efficiency of the proposed management solutions in supply chains;
LО6. analyze and model logistics systems, processes and supply chains in the format of multicriteria optimization problems;
LО7. organize and conduct educational activities taking into account modern achievements of teaching methods and professional knowledge in the field of reengineering of logistics business processes.
Educational programs of doctoral studies

EP purpose - Preparation of PhD doctors with fundamental scientific and professional training, proficient in modern theories and innovative methods of system analysis in logistics, able to formulate and solve modern scientific and practical problems in the field of optimization of logistics systems based on an in-depth study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of innovative supply chain management and modern theories and design methods in logistics, the use of mathematical models and research methods in logistics, to organize and successfully carry out scientific and pedagogical, research and experimental research activities in the field of logistics. Graduates of the specialty "Logistics" can hold the position of a logistician in firms, corporations and national companies. Today, logistics covers almost all types of human activity. A logistician is a specialist who solves issues related to optimizing the processes of supply, distribution, warehousing, transportation of products and minimizing costs at all these stages. These specialists are in demand in transport, distribution and manufacturing companies in various fields of activity.
