Цель: Preparation of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel capable of innovative project activities in the economy, education, and the social sphere based on an in-depth study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the science of project management, as well as the systematic use of knowledge and methodology of related scientific fields and digital technologies capable of creating new conceptual knowledge that develops the science of project management, reasonably present it to specialists in the context of scientific discussions including international, in the working language of scientific activities.

Educational program
Preparation of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel capable of innovative project activities in the economy, education, and the social sphere based on an in-depth study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the science of project management, as well as the systematic use of knowledge and methodology of related scientific fields and digital technologies capable of creating new conceptual knowledge that develops the science of project management, reasonably present it to specialists in the context of scientific discussions including international, in the working language of scientific activities.
ON1. Develop scientific, research and educational strategic plans, comprehensive programs, project portfolios based on fundamental scientific and economic training, knowledge of strategic planning, research methods and project modeling.
ON 2. To create creative scientific ideas and project products using analysis as a general scientific method of cognition, evaluation and synthesis in the process of comprehensive scientific research, creation and promotion of an innovative project product.
ON 3. To make the justification and selection of portfolio and project decisions based on economic and mathematical modeling, the use of modern methods, tools and artificial intelligence of project management, contributing to the growth of efficiency and competitiveness of projects.
ON 4. Develop and implement modern technologies of creative project management, alternative forecasting and evaluation methods for investment and portfolio analysis, identify problematic situations in the process of project design, development and implementation, create an expert opinion in order to improve the effectiveness of projects and make decisions on their financing.
ON 5. Organize the provision of analytical, consulting, outsourcing and teaching services to interested organizations and individuals, develop educational programs and corporate standards for project management, provide methodological support and conduct teaching activities in higher educational institutions.
ON 6. To justify the choice of the trend of the project idea, models, expert methods of forecasting and reducing the investment risks of the project, including on the basis of the use of artificial intelligence, to prove and insist on their point of view, to convince opponents of the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed solution.
ON7. Еxpand the scope of existing knowledge in the field of project management, reflect them in national and international refereed publications, through original research, critical analysis, evaluation and synthesis of new ideas, creation of an innovative project product.
ON8. Сonduct a dialogue with a wide scientific community, equal in status by scientists, employers and students on the subject of their field of competence: types of research projects, project management problems, types, methods, management project consulting technologies, areas of application of these methods, risks, trends and their limitations .

Graduates of doctoral studies in the specialty 8D04107 - Project Management can carry out: - management of projects, programs, portfolios of projects in state, industrial and research organizations and institutions; - teaching and research activities in higher education institutions; - provide services in the form of: a) expert consulting activities; b) auditing, project management outsourcing; c) project office outsourcing; d) development of corporate standards for project management, etc.
