Цель: Preparation of masters with fundamental scientific knowledge in the field of production, industrial, fire safety and emergency protection, with a sufficient level of theoretical and practical knowledge and capable of implementing the acquired knowledge in research, engineering, design, scientific-production and teaching activities.

Educational program
Preparation of masters with fundamental scientific knowledge in the field of production, industrial, fire safety and emergency protection, with a sufficient level of theoretical and practical knowledge and capable of implementing the acquired knowledge in research, engineering, design, scientific-production and teaching activities.1. present an outlook on issues of philosophy of science, psychology and pedagogy, use modern teaching methods in the field of industrial safety and protection from emergency situations, find optimal options in various psychological situations and make management decisions;
2.conduct a professional conversation in an international environment in a foreign language, the ability to maintain a conversation on a wide range of scientific, technical and pedagogical issues;
3. use modern software products in the field of modeling, forecasting, assessment and risk prevention to ensure comprehensive security;
4. competently resolve issues of radiation, chemical and biological protection, ensure the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations caused by accidents, disasters, environmental and natural disasters and the use of modern means of destruction, based on the study of nuclear weapons and the fundamentals of their destructive action, the theoretical foundations of the destructive action of chemical agents and hazardous chemicals, technical and engineering fundamentals of the use of protective equipment, physical and chemical fundamentals of special processing;
5. use instrumental and computational monitoring methods when solving practical problems, forecasting, assessing and preventing risk, risk management; to develop the necessary skills in the field of theoretical and practical use of information technologies in the field of safety, the regulatory framework of information technologies in the field of environmental, industrial, industrial safety and safety in emergency situations;
6. participate in research developments in the field of training and systematize information on the research topic, processing the data obtained;
7. to the implementation of new methods for increasing the reliability, survivability and stability of technical objects, maintaining their functional purpose, to determine the likelihood (frequency) of dangerous situations occurring using methods of hazard analysis and risk assessment in the occupational safety management system;
8. analyze the legal organizational foundations of industrial safety based on a description of legislative acts and standards in the field of labor protection and the main ILO conventions; develop skills in developing methodological and regulatory materials, technical documentation, carrying out risk management work and occupational safety management systems at work, organizing compliance with established requirements, current norms, rules and standards;
9.identify the parameters of the state of the production environment, hazardous situations and hazardous areas, development of scientifically based methods of accounting, analysis, forecast and socio-economic consequences of accidents, industrial injuries and occupational morbidity;
10. carry out examination and safety audit of technical projects, production facilities, industrial enterprises, engineering and technical measures to ensure integrated safety on a regulatory basis, develop innovative technical solutions and recommendations for improving integrated safety in accordance with the plan for increasing the level of safety at enterprises;
11. analyze new techniques and technologies to ensure life safety, environmental protection, the state of fire safety of facilities, technological processes, technological equipment, products and material and technical resources of the enterprise, registration and control over the composition of flammable substances and combustion products, allowing to solve problems of proper organizing observations at a specific site, interpreting and using monitoring data, which is associated with organizing activities to protect the habitat at the level of the enterprise, territorial production complexes and regions;
12. comply with the requirements and restrictions in personal, work and social life, develop your own skills as successfully as choose and implement life plans.
