Цель: The program is aimed to training competitive specialists in accordance with the needs of the labor market, who would have solid knowledge in the field of establishing, implementing and monitoring compliance with the norms, rules and requirements for products (services), process (work) and the system, their development, production, use (consumption) and metrological assurance aimed at high quality and safety of products and services, high economic efficiency for the manufacturer and the consumer.

Educational program

The program is aimed to training competitive specialists in accordance with the needs of the labor market, who would have solid knowledge in the field of establishing, implementing and monitoring compliance with the norms, rules and requirements for products (services), process (work) and the system, their development, production, use (consumption) and metrological assurance aimed at high quality and safety of products and services, high economic efficiency for the manufacturer and the consumer.

ON1 to implement control of the compliance with the mandatory requirements of normative documents (international, inter-state and national standards; technical regulations, standards of consortia and organizations);
ON2 to conduct a study about the causes of defects in production and to develop measures for its reduction and elimination; analyze the results of the experiment using the methods of mathematical statistics; use mathematical methods for solving technical problems using the basic laws of physics;
ON3 to select the appropriate scale for the numerical evaluation of this feature and the method of measurement, precisely formulate, state the problem, draw conclusions based on the obtained measurement results; apply product quality indicators in the forecasting and planning of product quality improvement;
ON4 to identify objects and connections that describe the relevant subject area for database development; apply basic database models and explain the methodology for designing relational databases; use expert assessment methods to obtain objective information about the properties of products;
ON5 to put into practice the stages and schemes of certification of products, services and processes, use the methods of quality control of products and processes during the work on conformity assessment; carry out certification according to the rules in the established sphere of professional activity; competently use the data given in the sign and certificate of conformity;
ON6 to put into practice various types and types of tests in accordance with normative technical documents, conduct tests at the level of modern requirements in the development, manufacture, and certification of materials, structures, and products;
ON7 to classify goods, identify their assortment, evaluate quality, diagnose defects, determine quality gradations;
ON8 to plan and implement accreditation activities for bodies to confirm the compliance of test centers and laboratories; use normative and legal documents in the field of accreditation in their professional activities; to put into practice the implementation of the requirements of GOST ISO / IEC 17025-2009;
ON9 to develop a quality management system audit program and conduct an internal audit of the quality management system; to assign corrective and preventive actions, to assess the compliance of the mandatory requirements of the standards, to apply the knowledge for improving the organization’s activities based on the use of modern quality management systems;
ON10 to carry out environmental monitoring at the facilities of the fuel and energy complex, the development of energy in the direction of the use of renewable energy sources, the development of technologies for clean energy; to develop and implement activities for the preparation for the licensing of the professional field of activity; competently fill out information sheets, opinion forms based on the results of inspection control, inspection report forms, and other documents using modern computer technologies;
ON11 to conduct an examination of state standards and classifiers of technical and economic information, international, regional, national standards and changes to them in the prescribed manner;
ON12 to express their own assessment of everything happening in the social and industrial spheres; enter into communication in oral and written forms in Kazakh, Russian and foreign languages to solve problems of interpersonal, intercultural and industrial (professional) communication.
