Цель: Training of scientific and pedagogical personnel in demand for work in the field of international law, jurisprudence, foreign policy and higher education, professionally proficient in foreign languages. The program is aimed at meeting the needs of state, law enforcement agencies, state and non-state institutions dealing with issues of international law and foreign policy, organizations dealing with the protection of human rights and freedoms, law enforcement, international and national security.

Educational program

Training of scientific and pedagogical personnel in demand for work in the field of international law, jurisprudence, foreign policy and higher education, professionally proficient in foreign languages. The program is aimed at meeting the needs of state, law enforcement agencies, state and non-state institutions dealing with issues of international law and foreign policy, organizations dealing with the protection of human rights and freedoms, law enforcement, international and national security.

1.Critically assess the problems reflecting the current state of the international regulatory framework of the Republic of Kazakhstan to improve the work of state bodies, organizations protecting the interests of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the international arena.
2.To provide professional consulting and representative services to individuals and companies engaged in foreign economic activity.
3.To conduct a legal examination of draft regulatory legal acts regulating international economic relations, commercial contracts in order to determine their compliance with the principles of international law, the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4.To use a foreign language at a high professional level for scientific activities; for conducting diplomatic negotiations; for protecting the interests of the country in international judicial, arbitration and other bodies.
5.Evaluate the internal mechanisms and regulatory framework of corporate governance, from the point of view of management psychology, labor law.
6.Analyze and evaluate the processes of international politics and economics in terms of their impact on the development of international markets, the development of an international legal framework that ensures international economic security and the interests of the state.
7.Analyze the political processes taking place in the international arena from the point of view of the possibility of resolving these problems through international law to ensure peace and security, respect for human rights and freedoms.
8.Formulate the tasks of scientific research in accordance with the chosen methodology using normative and bibliographic search, information computer technologies.
9.To carry out design for educational and research purposes in the form of preparation of a scientific article, report, analytical report on topical issues of international law.
10.To present the results and conclusions of scientific research in a reasoned manner using professional terminology, including in a foreign language
11.Develop plans and innovative methods of conducting various types of training sessions in the international legal field, including educational work.
12. Constantly develop your professional level, realizing the social significance of the profession of an international lawyer.
