Educational program
Preparation of highly qualified specialists with extensive professional skills for the implementation of professional activities in the field of cultural diplomacy, capable of solving specialized regional problems in establishing cultural relations between the EU and Central Asia; having communication and mediation skills in a multicultural environment;
provide teaching of cultural disciplines in the university on the basis of new conceptual and methodological approaches through rational and objective assessment of cultural development, their impact on changing the system of values, behavioral models, cultural and intercultural communications, traditions and innovations in traditional and modern cultures; cultural diplomacy and modern cultural studies of modern society based on the involvement of modern information technology; to conduct a comparative analysis of the results of scientific research and theoretical sources, draw up the results of scientific research in the master's thesis, scientific publications.
1. present scientific theories in priority areas of research problems in the field of cultural diplomacy at the present stage;
2. demonstrate a deep understanding of the state, prospects for the study of international relations in the context of current trends and trends in the development of scientific knowledge in the field of cultural research;
3. use the methodology of cultural studies, principles of organization and methods of cultural studies in the field of diplomacy;
4. formulate problems and tasks of scientific research, choose the appropriate methodology, determine the stages of research, evaluate and interpret the results of the study of problems of diplomatic relations;
5. use conceptual and methodological approaches in the study of cultural diplomacy in the context of various areas of cultural research;
6. critically evaluate the existing methods of analysis in relation to the study of intercultural communications in the history of diplomacy;
7. find new solutions for the newest cultural phenomena of diplomacy, behavioral models and communications, to carry out the independent and effective use of cultural methods of diplomacy research for their interpretation and analysis;
8. carry out independent scientific research in the cultural field of diplomatic relations at the present stage;
9. systematically represent the programs of planning and organizing research on topical issues of cultural diplomacy, practical implementation of educational activities in the disciplines of cultural diplomacy in higher education organizations;
10. find new methods for creating digital portals for the actualization of cultural studies of modern problems of diplomacy;
11. generate the scientific knowledge of various cultural phenomena of diplomacy in the context of changes in the socio-cultural space in their own scientific research in relevant areas;
12. active work in a team and creatively approach the solution of a scientific problem.
