Educational program
The goal of the program is to train highly qualified nursing staff with management skills for decision making to improve nursing activities, able to use the practices of advanced nursing care, constantly update knowledge, expand professional skills and abilities.
1. Able to constantly update knowledge, expand professional skills and abilities, strives to master a foreign language at a professional level.
2. Apply management skills to improve nursing, analyze the resources needed for the organization and different groups of the population.
3. Use the knowledge of psychological methods and means of communication between the leader at the level of the individual and the team to solve psychological problems, incl. in conflict situations.
4. Adheres to professional ethical and legal principles. Effectively use a variety of information and communication technologies in professional activities, taking into account information security.
5. Can conduct evidence-based nursing practice.
6. Determine modern methods of statistical analysis of data used in professional activities to monitor processes that affect the health of the population.
7. Apply leadership and management skills to solve public health problems
8. Evaluate the quality of nursing care and patient safety, conduct a monitoring system for adverse events, unwanted incidents
9. Use the practice of advanced nursing care and monitor the improvement in the quality of nursing activities.
10 Apply methodology and tools for continuous improvement of the quality of medical services in nursing practice.
11. Analyze the activities of nursing staff in the prevention and strengthening of public health, the forecast of possible risks.
Master's degree educational programs
Persons entering the master’s degree or residency:
when applying to organizations of university and postgraduate education:
1) an application addressed to the head of the organization of higher and postgraduate education in any form;
2) document on higher education (original);
3) certificate of completion of the internship (for admission to residency);

Nursing expert doctor
At this time, the obligatory position with nursing education has not been allocated, the functions are performed by medical personnel, but in connection with the introduction of evidence-based nursing practice, the audit of nursing activities should be performed by an expert with a higher or postgraduate nursing education.
