Educational program
The purpose of the educational program is to qualitative training of specialists for the creation and development of functional materials of a new generation of nanoscale organization of the structure, taking into account the achievements of chemical and physical sciences.
Upon completion of this program, it is expected that undergraduates will be able to
demonstrate an understanding of the fundamental laws and theories of exact, natural science disciplines and areas of chemistry, as well as the mechanism of changes in the physical and chemical properties of a substance in the nanometer range;
use knowledge about the basic laws and concepts of the fundamental sections of nanochemistry and nanotechnology when solving professional problems;
classify physical and chemical methods for the synthesis and modification of nanomaterials and nanostructures, taking into account their safe use;
analyze the influence of particle size and surface phenomena on the characteristics of chemical properties, reactivity and the basic principles of the formation of nano-sized systems;
justify the choice of experimental methods for studying systems with micro- and nano-sizes to solve various practical problems;
plan the organization and conduct of an experiment to obtain materials with special physical and chemical properties (porous nanostructures, magnetic nanomaterials, nanobiomaterials);
choose the optimal methods for solving problems of applied nanotechnology, nanoproduction, processing and modification of nanomaterials;
explain the choice of high-energy methods for producing nano-sized systems and methods for their implementation in practice;
use modern physicochemical methods for studying the structural and morphological features of nanomaterials;
apply the theoretical foundations of mathematical modeling, general principles of constructing and analyzing mathematical models of technological processes in nanochemistry;
determine the most effective areas of application of their abilities, communicating in scientific and production activities for professional and personal growth in a rapidly changing technological environment;
search and use information necessary for the effective performance of professional tasks.
