Documents required for admission:
1)The original and a copy of the certificate of basic secondary education (after the 9th grade) or the certificate of general secondary education (after the 11th grade);
2)The original of the identity card or birth certificate;
3)Medical certificate on form No. 075-U with a photo of fluorography;
4)Child health passport (form 063);
5)Military trailed certificate for boys (after the 11th grade);
6)4 photos in the size of 3x4;
