Educational program
Training of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel capable of conducting comprehensive studies of natural resources in the cadastre, improving the theory and methods of land and real estate valuation based on world experience, applying geoinformation methods in real estate valuation, developing systems of qualitative and quantitative evaluation indicators in the state land cadastre, carrying out geo-analysis and geomodeling of complex spatial structures in the process land management; formulate and solve production tasks with the help of innovations, create new scientific concepts, present them in a discussion.
Upon completion of this educational program, it is expected that doctoral students will be able to:
ON1. explain modern analytical and computational research methods used in the field of cadastre;
ON2. collect and systematize land cadastral and valuation data for cadastre purposes;
ON3. apply methods of monitoring land and the environment to find optimal solutions when maintaining the cadastre, taking into account economic, social, environmental conditions;
ON4. to collect, systematize, process and record information about land plots and real estate objects using modern computer technologies;
ON5. apply economic and mathematical modeling to solve optimization problems in the cadastre;
ON6. analyze the categories of the land fund and evaluate current trends in the state of land resources;
ON7. assess the hazards and risks of interaction of environmental components on land use;
ON8. to predict the occurrence of natural hazards based on modern models to prevent the deterioration of land;
ON9. to improve the methods of preparation and maintenance of graphic, cadastral and other information at the current level in geographical and land information systems (GIS and VMS);
ON10. conduct experimental research and participate in the implementation of research results and new developments in the field of digital cadastre and innovative design;
ON11. develop strategies and programs for integrated land management using information technology, use new knowledge and skills in practice, including in new areas of knowledge not directly related to the cadastre;
ON12. competently use language knowledge for communication in a multilingual and multicultural society to collect, process, analyze and systematize scientific-technical information on the research topic.
