Canteen chain and caffeine
Al-Farabi Kazakh National University has a network of modern canteens, cafes, buffets and caffeine for students, teachers and staff.
The canteens and shops on campus offer dietary products: low-fat foods, boiled meat and fish, cereals and other products.

They also offer delicious homemade food and a variety of drinks at affordable prices, prepare a variety of dishes from the menu of Kazakh, Turkish and European peoples.
Students from low-income families, orphans and people with disabilities receive free meals in the canteens of the university.
All academic buildings have canteens with affordable prices for students, including:
- Canteen in the Student Service Center (CSC) "Keremet",
- In the academic building of the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology,
- In the academic building of the Faculty of Law,
- In the academic building of the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology,
- In the Library of Al-Farabi University,

- There are Internet cafes and buffets at the faculties.
Vending coffee and snack machines have been installed in all buildings of the university campus in order to provide quick access to drinking water, tea and snacks at any time of the day.
