She has passed the professional path from the leading economist of the road repair and construction Department of the Kyzyl-Orda Highway Department and associate professor of KAZGAS, Almaty to the Vice-rector for educational and methodological work of the Financial Academy JSC of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the director of the Center for Professional Certification of Accountants LLP. Headed the Department of Methodology of State Assets Management, Development of Accounting, Auditing and Financial Control of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Astana). She held the responsible post of Deputy Managing the affairs of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She has extensive experience in both research, teaching, and administrative and managerial work.

ACADEMIC СOUNCIL
The Academic Council is an elected collegial body.
When considering issues which are referred by Charter of university and/or the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the exclusive competence of the bodies of Society, decisions taken on these issues are considered advisory.
The term of the Academic Council is 3 years.
The work of the Academic Council is guided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Standard Rules of the Academic Council of a higher educational institution, the Charter of the Company.
The Academic Council is headed by the Chairman of the Management Board – the Rector of the Society.
The personal composition of the Academic Council is approved by the order of the Chairman of the Board – the Rector of the Society.
Within its competence , the Academic Council performs the following functions:
- сonsideration of issues and decision-making on scientific, educational, methodological and educational activities;
- consideration of a long-term plan for the development of educational and laboratory and scientific and laboratory facilities;
- consideration of issues of awarding academic titles to the teaching and research staff;
- consideration and approval of internal regulations;
- making decisions on all issues of organizing the educational process;
- consideration of issues related to the implementation of the Strategic development plan of the university;
- consideration of the main issues and decision-making of the social development of the university;
- summing up the results of the university's activities for the past academic year;
- periodic review of reports on the educational, research and educational work of the Society;
- consideration of reports on the activities of other structural units that are part of the Society;
- consideration of educational programs of higher and postgraduate education in accordance with the state compulsory education standards for approval by the Board of the Company;
- consideration of other issues related to the activities of the Society and requiring a collegial decision.
Meetings of the Academic Council are held once a month in accordance with the approved work plan.
If necessary, meetings of the Academic Council are held unscheduled.
To organize the preparation of issues discussed at the Academic Council, control over the implementation of decisions that were made, generalization of the experience and development of proposals for improving the forms and methods of work of the Council from among its members an academic secretary is appointed for a period of 3 years by order of the Chairman of the Board – Rector of the Society.
Responsibility for the timely and high-quality preparation of materials for the Academic Council meetings and for the Academic Council record keeping is assigned to the Academic Secretary.
