In November 2025, an international seminar was held on the topic: “Strategic Issues in the Development of Banking Legislation under Digital Transformation”.
The seminar was attended by master’s students of the 7M04212 – Maritime and Energy Law program from Baku State University.
The event was organized by the Head of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law G.A. Kuanaliyeva and the Deputy Head of the Department G.K. Rasheva.
The seminar focused on improving legal regulation in the context of digital transformation, contributing to stronger, more transparent and effective institutions in alignment with SDG
