«Training of highly qualified logistics personnel in the era of digitalization»

On November 28, 2025, teachers of the Department of Business Technology conducted a free training course on the topic: "Training of highly qualified logisticians in the age of digitalization", organized as part of the implementation of SDG 9. "Industrialization, innovation and infrastructure", where logistics is considered as a key element of sustainable infrastructural development.
The event brought together representatives of the international logistics company « HPF KZ» – the head of the enterprise, managers of the logistics department, category managers, logisticians, etc. who showed great interest in the topics discussed and actively participated in practical cases and discussions.
During the course, students gained knowledge on modern supply chain management methods, digital transformation of logistics, sustainable logistics practices and innovative infrastructure solutions. Special attention was paid to a promising area: "The Middle Corridor: a new engine for creating a reliable supply chain," the role of logistics in economic growth, and increasing business competitiveness. 
It was noted that today businesses need specialists who combine academic knowledge with skills acquired through internships and participation in real projects.
