The main goal is to help students understand the importance of health as a key factor in sustainable development, prevent harmful habits, and develop a culture of healthy lifestyles.
On November 11, 2025, an event was held with second-year students of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, majoring in “AKM,” which included:
• a presentation of the main provisions of SDG-3;
• a discussion of factors affecting the physical and mental health of young people;
• an analysis of statistical data on the health of the population and its relationship to sustainable development;
• an interactive conversation about personal responsibility for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
• Recommendations for stress prevention, maintaining emotional well-being, and forming healthy habits.
The students showed great interest and actively participated in the discussions.
As a result of the event, the students:
• expanded their understanding of the importance of health in the context of sustainable development;
• learned about the main objectives of SDG 3 and their relevance for Kazakhstan;
• expressed their willingness to apply the knowledge they had gained in their daily lives.
