«Time and man: the education of citizenship by the example of D. A. Kunaev»

As part of the SDG 4. «Quality education», undergraduates of the 2nd year of the specialty 7M02210 under the guidance of the supervisor-advisor associate Professor Z. Maydanali held an educational event «Time and man: fostering citizenship by the example of D. A. Kunaev» on, aimed at forming civic and patriotic qualities among students through acquaintance with the life and work of an outstanding statesman of Kazakhstan. The event is held on the basis of the D. A. Kunaev Museum and combines elements of guided tours, research work and group discussion.

During the lesson, students study museum exhibits related to different stages of D.A. Kunaev's life - from childhood and professional development to public service and public heritage. Working in small groups promotes the development of skills in analyzing historical sources and communication.

Special attention is paid to the personal qualities of D.A. Kunaev - honesty, modesty, responsibility, dedication to his people. Through understanding his life example, the participants form an understanding of the values of civic service, hard work and moral responsibility.

The event helps to foster a sense of national pride, respect for the history of Kazakhstan and the formation of an active civic position among young people.
