SDG 17 “Partnerships for the Goals”

In order to implement the UN Sustainable Development Goal 17 “Partnerships for the Goals,” on December 23, 2025, PhD Doctor, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, S.Kh. Abdullina of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University delivered lectures for master’s students and first- and third-year cadets of the Makan Yesbulatov Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the lectures, topical issues related to the development of the rule of law, the strengthening of inter-institutional cooperation, as well as the role of partnerships between educational and law enforcement organizations in ensuring sustainable development were discussed. Particular attention was paid to the importance of legal education and scientific cooperation in training qualified personnel for the system of public administration and law enforcement agencies.

The delivery of these lectures became a clear example of the practical implementation of SDG 17, aimed at strengthening cooperation between higher education institutions, the academic community, and state bodies. Participants noted the high level of content of the lectures and their practical significance for future professional activities.

Such initiatives contribute to the development of academic partnerships, the exchange of knowledge, and the strengthening of ties between educational institutions, thereby contributing to the achievement of sustainable development goals in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
