On February 16, 2026, students of group BB 25-20, studying in the “Scientific Biology” program, organized and conducted a curatorial hour on the topic “Law and Order — the Pillar of Society”. Law and order are the fundamental basis for the stability and development of any state. Observing legal norms ensures the protection of citizens’ rights and freedoms, strengthens security in society, and builds mutual trust. In today’s rapidly changing social and technological environment, understanding the importance of legal culture and personal responsibility is especially crucial.
Our goal is to foster respect for the law among students, develop their legal literacy, and instill a sense of civic responsibility. Law begins not only with state institutions but also with everyday behavior: following internal rules, practicing academic honesty, respecting others, and fulfilling personal duties.

Order in society is built on the principles of justice, equality before the law, and accountability for one’s actions. Legal culture develops gradually—through education, upbringing, and personal example. Realizing that each individual is part of society and influences its development helps strengthen discipline and mutual respect.
During the event, students discussed citizens’ rights and duties, the role of youth in upholding the rule of law, and the importance of active civic engagement. They concluded that following the law is not only an obligation but also a sign of personal maturity.
Law and order are the foundation of a stable society, a guarantee of safety, and a source of confidence in the future. A strong society begins with respect for the law and the responsibility of each individual.
