The scientist of the faculty gave a speech at the International Conference on "The evolution of the recognition of China by of Central Asian people"

         The annual international conference "Lectures of the Silk Road" was held online 9-13, September 2020. The conference was organized by the International Center for Biological Anthropology of the Silk Road in China, the Institute of One Road - One Belt and Global Management at Fudan University, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Tashkent National Oriental University and Bishkek Humanities University.

         At the conference, the leading specialists and experts of the countries along the Silk Road made presentations on the current state and prospects of the Silk Road Economic Belt.
          Nabizhan Mukamethanuly, Professor of Chinese Studies Department, Director of the Modern China Study Center of KazNU, Faculty of the Oriental Studies, presented a report on "The evolution of the recognition of China by Central Asian people". Sergazy Erkesh, a Master's degree student of the Chinese Studies Department, prepared a report on the Golden Man, found in Almaty region and presented detailed information to the conference participants.

          The reports of the conference participants on the historical culture of the countries along the ancient Silk Road and the modernization of their modern economies will undoubtedly give a new impact to the strengthening relations between the countries along the belt.
