On April 12, 2021, within the framework of the project "Green Campus", senior teachers of the department of Foreign languages Akylova G.S. and Duysenbaeva Sh.S held a meeting of the "English time" club on the topic "Green Campus".
The 1st year students of the faculty of Information technologies took part in the meeting. Students made reports with a presentation, which covered the topics: the project "KazNU - Green Campus"; the center of "green" technologies; the project "green" energy; the work of an energy efficient greenhouse; the artificial ecosystem "Aquaponics"; the winter garden and revealed 9 ways to promote sustainability in the "Green Campus" of KazNU.
In the conclusion, the participants were shown a video that provides an overview of a number of practices of foreign universities applied in universities to improve campuses and encourage participation in sustainable development.
